Weekend break - From a Friday for 3 nights

Mid-week break - From a Monday for 4 nights

Week break - From Monday or a Friday for 7 nights

(We do offer flexible booking days upon request, please call us to discuss your needs - minimum 3 night stay.)

Return time: 09:00 - 11:00

• Select holiday dates on our 'Availability and Prices' page, fill out booking form and submit booking request.
  
• CamperWay will accept your booking, and request a 20% deposit of the total booking fee within 48 hours of booking acceptance.
  
• Once the deposit has been paid we shall send a booking confirmation email, along with helpful information.
  
• 6 weeks prior to your holiday, CamperWay will need to conduct a DVLA licence check for all designated drivers.
  
• We request full payment 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday, after the licences have been checked.
• The refundable liability deposit must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the start of the hire period.
• Please note that our prices will vary if the campervan/motorhome is being used for festival hire. Please contact us directly for a quote.

We request a deposit of 20% of the total booking fee within 48 hours of booking acceptance. If the booking deposit is not paid within this time your booking may be cancelled.

Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

A refundable liability deposit must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the start of your holiday, the amount varies according to the van you wish to hire.

• Wilma - £1,000
  
• Winston, Walter, Wilf, Winnie and Windsor- £1,500
  

Payment for the booking deposit and booking fee can be made by bank transfer OR credit/debit card.

Liability deposits can be paid using a credit/debit card or by bank transfer.

• 6 weeks prior to your holiday you will forfeit the 20% booking deposit unless the van you hired can be re-hired in which case you will get your deposit refunded to you minus a £15 cancellation fee.
  
• 4-6 weeks prior to your holiday you will receive 70% refund of your booking fee unless the van you hired can be re-hired in which case you will get a full refund minus a £15 cancellation fee.
  
• 2-4 weeks prior to your holiday you will receive 35% refund of your booking fee unless the van you hired can be re-hired in which case you will get a full refund minus a £15 cancellation fee.
  
• 0-2 weeks prior to your holiday you will not get any refund of your booking fee unless the van you hired can be re-hired in which case you will get a full refund minus a £15 cancellation fee.

*No refunds will honoured if, upon inspection, of named drivers' licences, they are found to be invalid or do not comply with the information given to conduct the DVLA licence check.*

• No one other than the designated driver/drivers may drive the hired vehicle. 
• Festivals and sporting events are permitted with prior approval from CamperWay (Please contact us directly for a quote for festival hire)

Please note: All our vans are fitted with vehicle tracking systems. Data from these devices may be downloaded and retained by CamperWay. These devices are also monitored 24/7 by an external Telemetrics control centre, where vehicle location and speed can be monitored - your personal information will not be shared with this platform unless a vehicle is detected in a prohibited area.
